Licensed CBT Therapist based in Wigan. With over 8 years of a variety of experience, I specialise in helping individuals manage their mental health struggles through evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My experience extends to supporting individuals with all anxiety disorders including social anxiety, emetophobia, panic, PTSD, depression and more. My approach is compassionate, personalised, and focused on empowering you to make positive changes in your life.
For children & young people, I tailor CBT in line with recommended NICE guidance, helping them to manage their anxiety, worries and fears, teaching behavioural strategies and emotional regulation. I aim to help them achieve goals, develop social skills, confidence and resilience.
